I absolutely love this quote from Garrett Oliver, brew master of the Brooklyn Brewery lifted from an article on craft beer’s growth-

“Mass-market beer is just like the old-fashioned supermarket white bread — a sad, useless symbol of the bad old days.”

No white bread here...
